I have found my 10-day water fasting last year to be highly influential and important on my healing journey and feel it’s about time to do it again. Reading that interesting article – although a bit scientifically worded, has re-ignited my determination and regardless of my current degree of health – which I quite honestly don’t know – it can’t hurt.
I hadn’t realized that fasting can also improve Parkinson and Alzheimer’s Disease -yet I did know the connection to diabetes, cancer and anti-aging.
Better read the article yourself and decide. Maybe start with the 16-hour intermittent fasting first, before going the ‘full Monty’.
