1 cup of coconut milk (can be substituted for almond milk)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple or mango chunks
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Blend ingredients together and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
