1/4 cup of roasted almonds (with skin)
1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp fennel seeds
Grind and mix all the ingredients and season to taste.
Great to sprinkle over salads,
-dip bread into good olive oil and dukkah,
-season salmon or chicken with it before grilling or frying.
Additional tip from Jillian: You may add coriander and fennel ground as well, if you like the taste.
