Healthy Flat Belly Metabolism Boosting Shake

ImageFlat belly juice

1/2 l water and (opt) ice cubes

1 tbsp protein powder (good quality, taste of choice)

2 tbsp. raw cacao powder

1/2 cup blueberries and raspberries (mix)

1/2 cup almonds (can be activated in water prior)

1/2 tbsp. vanilla

50 g butter (good quality)

1 tsp. cinnamon 

Blend together for one minute, serve with mint 

and enjoy! 

If you like it sweeter, just add a bit of stevia
