Correction to Falafel recipe!

Beware! I had forgotten 1 ingredient in the Falafel recipe and if you had a disaster in the kitchen because of it, I sincerely apologize:

Here is the RIGHT version:

FALAFEL:

1 tin of chickpeas (or 1 cup of dried chickpeas, soaked overnight and drained)

1 red onion

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves (and stems)

1/2 bunch chopped mint leaves

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp brown rice flour

1 tsp Himalayan salt

Combine all the above ingredients in a food processor or Thermamix to a thick paste (keep a bit chunky), place in the fridge until the other ingredients are prepared. 1 tbsp for each Falafel, mould them into football shapes and fry in:

2 tbsp rice brain oil for frying.
